A Rotary-Rotaract Relationship Officer in a Rotaract Club is responsible for fostering and maintaining a strong partnership between the Rotaract club (for younger members, typically aged 18-30) and its sponsoring Rotary Club (for adult professionals).
2. World Rotaract Week Chairperson:
A World Rotaract Week Chairperson in a Rotaract Club is responsible for leading and coordinating the club's activities and events during World Rotaract Week, an annual celebration of Rotaract's global impact.
Events I Led:
1. H.K. Firodia Awards
The H. K. Firodia Awards are given annually in Pune, India to recognize the achievements of Indian scientists in science and technology. The awards are given by the H. K. Firodia Memorial Foundation and are named after the late Shri H. K. Firodia, who is considered a leader in the Indian automobile industry.
As Chairperson for the H.K. Firodia Awards from our club, I led the coordination and execution of the award ceremony, ensuring smooth operations and meaningful engagement with distinguished guests. Spearheaded efforts to recognize and celebrate excellence in innovation and social impact.
2.Mahadan 8.0
Led Mahadan 8.0, a large-scale blood donation camp, successfully organizing and mobilizing volunteers to ensure maximum participation and community impact. Demonstrated strong leadership and coordination skills, resulting in a significant contribution to local blood banks.
3.GBM + Talent Show
Organized and led a dynamic General Body Meeting and Talent Show (Open Mic), fostering engagement and creativity among members. Coordinated the event smoothly, showcasing diverse talents and strengthening club camaraderie.
4.Dhadas 2.0
Led Dhadas 2.0, a women’s self-defense session focused on empowerment and safety, providing practical training and awareness. Coordinated the event to enhance participants' confidence and preparedness in real-world situations.
5.Cross Talks
Led Cross-Talks, a Tech Debate competition that encouraged critical thinking and dialogue on emerging technologies. Managed event logistics and participant engagement, fostering a platform for insightful discussions and innovation.
6.Thrill a Thon
Organized Thrill-a-Thon an ISD event, organizing a dynamic event that promoted global cultural exchange and community engagement. Successfully coordinated activities to foster international understanding and collaboration among participants.
7.Club Dinner
Organized a memorable Club Dinner, fostering camaraderie and strengthening bonds among members through an evening of celebration and networking. Ensured smooth event execution and a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees.
8.Trek: Rotary Rotaract Joint event
Organized a Trek to A.R.A.I. as a Rotary-Rotaract joint event, promoting fellowship and teamwork among members. Successfully coordinated logistics and engagement, enhancing the connection between Rotaractors and Rotarians.
